Why KIT for Cooperative-Contract Work
A Pennsylvania low-voltage contractor since 1999. More than 3,400 commercial projects since 2020, across a 25+ year history. Cooperative-purchasing work is delivered by the same estimator, project manager, and install crew that handle KIT’s commercial scopes.
Same scope range as commercial. Single-building camera refresh through multi-building campus deployments and multi-site district rollouts. Cabling, video, access, alarm, paging, mass notification, and WiFi all installable under the corresponding cooperative scope.
Cross-system integration under one contract path. Because KIT installs cabling and the systems that ride on it, KIT delivers cabling-plus-cameras, cabling-plus-access, and full-stack security scopes under a single cooperative contract.
Closeout walk before handover. KIT runs a closeout walk so the buyer sees the system functioning before handover.
Federal track record. KIT has installed at federal facilities in central Pennsylvania, including work at Carlisle Barracks. CJIS-cleared staff for projects that require it.
Service coverage across central and eastern Pennsylvania. KIT’s in-house install footprint runs from Carlisle east to Norristown, anchored in Lancaster and Dauphin counties, with cooperative-contract delivery wherever the buyer is eligible.
